About

Senior attention. Direct relationships.

Vanden & Co. is an independent Amsterdam practice. Twelve advisers, one office, and a way of working that keeps the partner who knows the company in the conversation.

We were founded in 2008 for companies that had outgrown a bookkeeping relationship but did not want to become a file in a national firm. That remains the brief.

Accounting, tax and advisory sit in one practice so the numbers, the structure and the next decision are not handled by three unconnected rooms. Clients speak to named partners. Work is reviewed, not merely processed.

The office is on Keizersgracht. Most of the work, however, happens inside the companies we advise — in board packs, in forecasts, and in the quiet discipline of a close that can be trusted.
